The CNMAT main room, middle studio and rear studio need to be reserved before they are used. Priority is always given to the reservation-holder.
Before you can use the reservation system, the following must be satisfied:
- You must be a member of the Keyholders group.
- You must be promoted to the "content creator" role by a website user administrator.
- You must be added to the group for the corresponding space that you will be using.
# Access granting instructions for administrators
You must have the "user administrator" role to perform the following actions.
To assign the "content creator" role:
1. Navigate to "Administer > Users > Search Users"
2. Type the users name. Click on the appropriate result.
3. The user profile appears. Click the "Edit" tab
4. Scroll down to "Roles"
5. Enable "content creator"
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and click "Submit"
To assign a user to be a member of a group:
1. Find the group by following the links on "Reservations", or through "Groups" in the menu.
2. At the group home page, click the link "X Subscribers" in the right sidebar
3. Click the tab, "Add subscribers"
4. Enter the exact username of the person to be added to the group
5. Click "Submit"
