Prof. Carmine Emanuele Cella has been awarded the Traiettorie Music Prize 2022 by the Prometeo Foundation.
Cella recieves the award for his research in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to musical creation, augmented reality, the definition of mathematical models for the representation of sound through deep learning techniques and machine learning methods for computer-assisted orchestration. These activities have been carried out at international music research centers such as IRCAM, the École normale supérieure in Paris and CNMAT at the University of California at Berkeley.
