Andy Schmeder received the B.A. in Mathematics from UC Berkeley in 2002, and has also studied topics in computer science, new media, music and statistics. He was a staff member of the CNMAT research team between 2006 - 2011.

  • Many-channel acoustics theory and systems, with an emphasis on musical applications
  • Research prototype design, fabrication and testing including electronic and mechanical aspects
  • Semantics, syntax and content in digital representation of signals for media applications
